Plugin that accesses any directory GUID

I need some help in developing a plugin that lists the content of any GUID (for example ::{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}=My Computer), prefferably a Delphi sample... I need this to access Filesystem (FlexMemory) of a Siemens M55 which has the GUID (with Siemens Data Suite installed) ::{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}\::{ED65AB21-B24F-11d3-BA80-00C0CA16AA37}} which is My Computer\Mobile. The reason I'm not using the plugin that already is available (Siemens DES) is it's lack of stability. And this GUID plugin could be used for other things too, Control Panel in one of the TC panels, etc. Or is there already a plugin that accesses GUIDs?

I started developing a x55 series plugin myself, put not by using the GUID, which turned out to be much more difficult than it sounded. I'm using the "real" serial port accessing. It will be ready about a week. It will have much more functionality than just filesystem...
