Context Menu issue [tablet | Windows 8]

I have this issue on my Microsoft Surface Pro tablet (Windows 8 Pro):
When I'm using mouse the context menu appears as it should. But when I try to call it using digital pen or finger touch - it doesn't, simply nothing happens. However the context menu appears on desktop or systray.

Ah, I tried on my configured TC 8.01 32bit and on TC 8.01 64bit freshly installed. The same results.

Any hint?

This is a known problem which will be fixed in TC 8.50. It happens because the Windows messages are sent in a slighly different way than when right clicking, which is confusing the menu handler.

Understand.
Meantime I solved it by changing in Pen Tablet Properties the option Tablet PC Defined to Right Click. Now when I press and hold the pen button it acts like RMB.

Looking forward for the 8.50 version.
