When TC asks for a password and I enter it with unchecked remember checkbox, TC remembers it anyway and doesn't ask for it when I enter another archives with same password (encrypted headers).

Currently the "remember" checkbox only affects unpacking - I have to remember the password for reading the names because it becomes otherwise very user-unfriendly: You would be asked for the password every time you switch away from TC and back, and in many more ocasions. Don't know how to solve this better...

You can read archive contents only once and then just use it until user leaves archive. There is no need to reread archive when TC gets focus.
Since RAR with encrypted headers can have only one password you can remember it only when option is enabled and simply ask when user will try to unpack files or reenter archive w/o remembering password.
