+[8.50b2] Access viol. in Backg. Transfer Manager

I have found an access violation inside the Background Transfer Manager.

My environment:
-----------------------
WinXP 32Bit SP3

Steps to reproduce:
----------------------------
1) Start TCMD
2) Open Commands -> Background Transfer Manager
3) Click on +
4) Click on "Add URL to download"
5) Leave URL empty and click OK
6) Enter target path or leave it empty
7) Click OK


observed behavior:

An access violation occurs

Thanks, I can confirm the problem - the second dialog box should never be shown when nothing is entered.

Problem confirmed using TC 8.50b2 32bit.

Tested OK using beta 3 and beta 5.
