feed to listbox - copy list of files with directory structur

No sure if this has been mentioned before but there are times when you search for files and you feed the files to the list box which show as full path. The list may contain duplicate file names which is acceptable. Is there a way to copy the files from the list box including the directory structure? As it is now duplicate files will need to overwrite each other.
My suggestion is that if the user needs to copy files from the listbox, TC should prompt the user -when it detects that files were fed to the listbox from search- if it should copy the files with the directory structure (checkbox?)
