Yes there is:
1. Create a new button in the button bar
2. Set the type to "Change directory", and enter the following:
/data/data/com.ghisler.android.TotalCommander
Make sure the upper-/lowercase is correct!
3. Tap on the button to go there
4. Go to subdir shared_prevs
5. Delete the file historyPrefs.xml
6. Important: Open the Android task manager (e.g. long tap on home button on Samsung) and drag the Total Commander task to the side so it is CLOSED. Otherwise Android will not notice that the file is gone
