Buglet: local folder content not displayed

Post by *fnheiden »

When I close Total Commander and have a remote connection to another server open (e.g. via WebDAV or SFTP), I have to login next time I start Total Commander.

After the login, the folder contents in the local tab are not displayed (the tab remains empty) till I refresh the directory.

Best regards,
~ Florian

True, I've also noticed that. :-(

In my case it happens when I use versions plugin and then close TC. I even don't have to connect to any server, I just go into it (see the lists) and that's enough.

Maybe this is a common problem with filesystem plugins.

Probably not (at least not with all), I use many FS plugins and I've noticed it only with this one (maybe because I use it very often :-) ). I also use Calendar (of the same author) and it works correctly.

What can be a reason of such a strange behaviour?

The login window is probably preventing TC from refreshing the other panel.

In my case it's not login window problem cause it happens for Versions plugin.
I will try to contact with author of that plugin.

So maybe it's a problem of TC configuration. I get it both at home and and work. In both cases it's WinXP.

Thanks.
Have you tried to close TC having opened wfx (eg. Versions) in the left panel?
It's probably this problem. It works this way also with your configuration (nice colurs :-) ). If I have wfx plugin in the right panel it reopens correctly.

As written here (http://ghisler.ch/board/viewtopic.php?p=52020#52020) it really depends on the site...

Maybe the reason is different. As you can see above it depends on the left/right panel. What do you think now?
