No, plugins are really inside of Total Commander only. I'm not aware of any software capable of mounting dropbox as a drive. Maybe anyone else?

I have problem with Google Drive. Some folders and files are displayed twice. With the same name, date, size.. I think problem starts with TC 9.0.

Not confirmed. When you enable detailed logging, the plugin will save the last received file listing to CLO*.tmp in the temp folder. The names start with "title":
Please check whether it reports the same name multiple times.

Cloud does not work with Russian names of folders in Dropbox. For example the folder is named Музыка.

Strange, I could create folder Музыка with F7 on dropbox, copy file Музыка.txt to it, delete file, delete folder without problems. Do you see any errors in the log?

More a usability-thing:

When I copy from somewhere on harddisk to C:\Program..., I get the usual message that I need to continue as "Admin"

But when I copy from Dropbox with Cloud-Plugin to C:\Program..., then I get the attached message. I think it want to say the same as above, but the content of the message is confusing and could be improved ...
