The best solution:
1. format C:
2. install TotalCmd
3. install Windows (optionally)

Hi. Please implement "Copy directory properties" (timestamp, attributes, NTFS rights) into the "Copy file properties..." (eg as merged "Copy properties...") in R-mouse menu in Synchronize Dirs. It will help me a lot. Thanks
