At http://totalcmd.net/ there is a plugin/utility called TCIMG and according to the description, it seems that it does quite a lot of things.
However, the author neglected to make a minimal translation to English (or any other non-Russian language) and therefore practically the rest of us cannot use it even if we wanted to. And making a "Google Translation" just doesn't cut it.
So, my question is, is there anyone out there who might be able to shine some light about this "TCIMG" and how to use it ?
I have no idea whether he speaks English or not. But you can send him the link to the present topic. I am sure he will be able to translate your question to Russian (eg by the mentioned Google). I also suppose that he will be interested in translating docs to English to share his tool to the non-Russian speaking people.
Unfortunately I don't use this tool and can't help you.

Even with Google Translate… I've been trying to make Help file translation to English but there are simply too much features to make it easily.
With no minimal English support from author it looks impossible to do such thing at the current state TCIMG is in.
I've abandoned my tires and even did not recover "work in progress" files when my HDD had got corrupted.
English version is something an author should think about at the very beginning of such project.
