What is your system DPI setting?

Please post the content of the following section in your wincmd.ini settings file:
[AllResolutions] if it exits
all section like [1024x768 (10x20)] if one exists

The following setting
[Configuration]
ResolutionSpecific=?

There are two scaling features in Windows 10. One works fine, the other causes problems:

1. Classic control panel - Display - user defined scaling: This should be set to 100%

2. Classic control panel - Display - use the display settings - this redirects to the App settings. Here you can set a larger scaling factor, I use 150%.

Unfortunately, still same problem with glitch on the queue.

What font size do you use within TC for dialog boxes?

Try using the same font size for the main window and file lists (but not for the dialog boxes).

bug in queue using UHD monitor

Post by *icul28 »

Tried same font size (16) for file list and main window.
Still same problem with queue lines - getting half lines.

That's very strange, I don't get this problem on Windows 10 with high DPI settings. :(

UHD monitors

Post by *icul28 »

The monitor I use is samsung UHD U24E590D.

When I switched to this monitor, the problem with the queue started.

Something with the calculation of the raw height in the queue is wrong.

When i'm changing the dialog font size to 6, finally I can see what is written, but this is very small.

Need a telescope now to see the queue.

But at least I can see words in English.

Could the double height of your Windows' Task Bar be causing this ? - Just a thought.

UHD monitors

Post by *icul28 »

Nope, I worked with double task bar all my life, on regular monitor, and no problem, on regular HDTV monitor (1920x1080) resolution working very nice.
Only when I changed to the new UHD monitor (that was the only change), I noticed a problem with the queue.

Hmmh, just a thought(can't test it here because of lacking WX):
- Do you have a multiple monitor setup with different scalings per monitor?
- What happens if you select the UHD monitor as primary display?

UHD monitors

Post by *icul28 »

I did not explain myself clearly... i'm not switching monitors...
I had an old HD monitor 1920X1080 and I replaced it to UHD monitor... this samsung.

I have only one monitor... that samsung uhd.
When I replaced the old monitor with the new one.. queue started to behave badly.

Does it happen only if you maximize the queue window, or also if you just stretch it?
