WFX, WLX, WDX plugins lists in config dialog: Ctrl+C support

I suggest to add support for Ctrl+C hotkey to copy selected line with the path in the lists of WFX, WLX, WDX plugins in their respective Total Commander Configuration->Plugins configuration dialogs (for WCX Plugins configuration dialog it already works) .

It will be helpful to quickly go to the selected plugin's folder especially when plugins in one list are installed in very different locations.

I think this is a typical workaround suggestion. I mean why do you want to go to a plugin folder? Well, there are plenty of reasons.

1) There is no uninstall mechanism. Manually deleting required.
2) Plugin locations are confusing (as there is no global only setting for plugin locations)
3) Plugin settings are not supported for wdx plugins

So if these and maybe a few more things are implemented there is no need to go to the plugin location. If all this is not possible, add a button, 'go to plugin location' instead of adding Ctrl+C support.

Well, Ctrl+C gives me a choice how I can go to that location: using TC or other file manager, or past the path in Open dialog of text editor to open some text file (like ini config) in plugin's folder.
