Autocreation of subfolders for moving and copying

It would be great if there was an option to put files (e.g. pictures copyied from the smartphone's DCIM folder to the PC via USB) automatically in subfolders created with different format options using information from the creation date/modified date of the file, e.g.

2016
01
27
28
02
01

Date usage should be for example:

- Use creation date
- Use date last modified on
- Use prior of creation date/last modified (for files already being copied)
- Use later of creation date/last modified

You can already do that for renaming, by using the multi-rename tool. Just put a backslash somewhere in the target name, e.g.
[Y]\[N]
will move files to subdir named by last modification year. Use [=tc.field] for other dates like creation date.
