I don't know if these suggestions are in your long list, but i wish you would have a look at them a little with the hope to make TC more and more perfect day by day. They are:
1. Option to show photo resolution along with other current properties (name, type, size, date)
2. Option to show file count for folders
3. Batch rename: Rename multiple files at once
4. Improve file loading time
5. Clear search key word history: This history gets longer & longer after a long time of use
6. Option to search in current folder or current folder & sub folder (this is default)
