[TC9b3x64] ESC in Sync dialog with opened combobox

Not sure if that has been reported before. This bug also applies to TC 8.52a x64, probably earlier versions, too.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open directory sync
2. Set focus on the file type filter in the middle of the dialog
3. Press Alt+Down to open that drop-down/combobox
4. Press ESC

Expected: Drop-down/combobox is closed. TC closes the whole dialog instead. TC 32 bit handles this correctly, closing only the drop-down.

Fix confirmed. But there's a new issue. Will open another bug report, though.
