Post by *TifKag »

Why are there no more Original icons for zip and rar archives in TC 9.00 B10 (Like in 8.52a and Explorer).

I con't see any diffrence between TC 9b10 and TC 8.52 in that respect - exept that you can now see Windows Explorers Archive icon (with the zipper) in stead of TC's yellow cube if you choose to use Explorers standard icons.

I did. The new settings in TC 9b11 "Show default folder/file icons from Explorer" [unchecked] does not apply to zip/rar/iso etc. icons. They remain Explorer styled anyway.

The only workaround I found is to add the line IconLib=%COMMANDER_EXE% into the config file, but I'd prefer a more standard solution, i.e. a checkbox in the GUI.

IconLib can be set in the GUI
Icons / Button "Set default icon library"

What more do you expect for configuration ?

Icons / Button "Set default icon library"
Mousetrap. It's absolutely not clear what can be set here before pressing the button and the dialog has been opened. The setting is for the command lib not the icon lib.

An icon lib setting would be nice actually.

I agree If there is an iconlib setting in the GUI for the Button bar /Main menu icons, then why not for the File panel icons...
