Function Key required in Win10Pro

Hi gurus

I use the v8,01 32 bit in a Dell laptop win10Pro.64bit, non touch key; all functions button works as normal.

However when it is being used in another Dell laptop with touch screen with same OS, the function keys requires to press "Fn" key together with the function key before it can work.

Any idea why and how to do without the extra pre-key.

There is option in BIOS for that. Same with Lenovo laptops.
