Enlargement navigation orders: Left and Right

- cm_GotoPreviousDir
- cm_GotoNextDir
refer to the just active window: On the left OR right.
I hit before these orders in each case only for the left and right window to extend.
Together with my other proposal
"Icons: Left- / right- referring background colour"
is also given ergonomic-friendly allocation with the Icons.
