There are a lot of wipe tools, and you can use any with TC. And, why does TC need integrated cryptor when there are archivers and packer plugins? Which encryption container should TC use?

Then you should know that TC will only remember sort order if you are using View Modes together with Auto Switch.
Why should this be changed ?
Windows 11 Home x64 Version 23H2 (OS Build 22631.3527)
TC 11.03 x64 / x86
Everything 1.5.0.1375a (x64), Everything Toolbar 1.3.3, Listary Pro 6.3.0.78
QAP 11.6.3.3 x64

Yes of course.
According to your post you are already using the TC 9 release candidate.

No, and it's not planned because it's a mess. Imagine that you have 1000 folders with photos, e.g. sorted by date or location, and you would have to change the sort order for each of them separately!

Instead, TC9 supports view modes, where you can define sort orders, column display etc. depending on some rules. You set this up once, e.g. thumbs view for all folders containing at least 50% *.jpg files. Then you will never have to worry about it again.

shredder: Not planned, too risky for complete data loss.

You can use this one via right click menu:
https://eraser.heidi.ie/download/

Encryptor: Use built-in ZIP with AES256 encryption.
