Synchronize Dirs... + Unselection of files and dirs

Post by *Damel »

Hi, I don't know if this is intended behavior or bug. Please follow these steps:

In Synchronize dirs...
CTRL+A -> all files are selected (OK)
up/down arrow -> selection is gone (BAD)
SHIFT + up/down arrow -> selection is gone (BAD)

I think that it should behave like in normal TC filelist:

CTRL+A -> all files are selected (OK)
up/down arrow -> cursor freely goes up/down and selection is intact (OK)
SHIFT + up/down arrow -> unselecting of files/dirs (OK)
The best solution:
1. format C:
2. install TotalCmd
3. install Windows (optionally)

In classic list boxes Ctrl+cursor keeps selection, not Shift+cursor (check in Explorer), and selection is always lost when you move cursor w/o Ctrl. So I don't think it will be a good idea to keep it on cursor w/o Ctrl, but I agree that it should be kept on cursor with Ctrl.

SHIFT + up/down arrow is intendet to be used for "unselection", when you have all files selected and want deselect few of them.
The best solution:
1. format C:
2. install TotalCmd
3. install Windows (optionally)
