Need folder preview like QTTabBar

Hi everybody,I'm looking for a plugin for TC，It can achieve a certain function like Windows Explorer + QTTabBar：when the cursors hovering a folder，there will show a breadcrumb bar automatically just like TC' address bar,but more than that It will Listing all Files in the directory and every Subdirectories too，and move cursors to the file,I'll get a preview for this file,QTTabBar support many types of files included text、pic、audio and movie,no need open folder or subfolder and out again and again I can saw much files content quickly with keeping the directory structure anytime.
anybody can tell me how to made this funcion on TC PLZ and Thx!
because I almost forget win explorer since worked with TC.
