Would it be possible to create two "Up / Down" buttons in the configuration menu of the windows "Directory Hotlist" ?

This would be very practical!
To this day, I modify in file "ini" ...

Not "drag & drop"!
But select an existing directory and get it up or down in the list!

You can use drag and drop in hotlist configuration dialog to reorder entries.

Shift+Up/Down work, too

Directory Menu Editor can move a sub-menu Up/Down including its contents.
