Shift date/time by some amount

Hi, I just asked about a way to change the date/time of (multiple) files by a certain amount relative to the existing date/time. There are plugins that can do this, but maybe it could be incorporated in a future update of the "Change Attributes" dialogue.
There could be a new field to specify the offset, or it could be included in the normal "change date / time" fields: just enter a + or - in front of the dd.mm.yyyy or hh:mm:ss value.
