remove useless space at bottom of TC window

Post by *GammelBert »

I've just upgraded TC from 8.52a to 9.0a. I've noticed that some free space has been added to the bottom of the TC window. I always try to maximize the amount of useful information that is shown on my screen. Thus empty space is wasted screen estate. Please remove it again.

Have you disabled "Show command line" in TC Layout options?

No, but I tried it and it makes no difference.

Are you using Windows Basic Theme? I see this issue only in Basic Theme ...
I'm using Aero Theme with cmd line set to off in TC - I have not this "problem"
It's impossible to lead us astray for we don't care even to choose the way.

Go to Configuration dialog> Layout page> Uncheck the option [ ] Flat user interface (button bar configured separately)

2Ovg,
I use Aero Theme on Windows 7.

2ts4242,
This saves 2 pixels of height. But I'd like to keep the Flat user interface.
