FTL: Ctrl & Ctrl+Shift to feed in opposite panel

1) open to active tab of opposite panel if hold down the Ctrl;
2) open to new tab of opposite panel if hold down the Ctrl+Shift;
Inedeed, I would prefer by default "new tab" behaviour without holding the Shift: there's only one active tab and there may be many search instances, to it's easier to hold Shift only once to put the results of one search instance to active tab, and without holding Shift to put results of other instances to new tabs.
