Ability to replace the button when pasting from clipboard

Currently when the button is pasted from clipboard, the new button is created. I suggest to allow to replace the button in following cases:
1) if the Shift key is pressed together with a click on a Paste context menu item, the button covered by mouse cursor should be removed and the button from clipboard should take its place;
2) no so quick but more safe and universal approach: if the cursor in the Command field of the Change button dialog and user is pasting the clipboard content in the TOTALCMD#BAR#DATA format, TC can ask user to replace the current button with the button from clipboard.
