Ctrl+Tab cycling through tabs in most recently used order

Please add this option, it is pretty common Windows behaviour:
- it's the way alt+tab works
- Firefox allows users to decide (Options > General)
- Chrome has plugins for this
- Notepad++ has an option for this
- and so on...

Trust me, it's really hard to get used to TC's behaviour when you have used to MRU :(

I would like to add my support to this request

MRU tabs seems vastly superior to me as opposed to forward and backward cycling. Ideally I would prefer MRU tab switching by default but with the ability to easily switch to to fwd / bkwd cycling tab switching for the 1% of times where I'd want that instead.

@gseric, To be clear Chrome does not readily allow CTRL + Tab to be overridden to MRU switching. I can't post links here as I am not a trusted user but if do a search for:
"chrome ctrl+tab tab switching" you can find discussion about it.

It is possible but you need to install an add on like "Ctrl+Tab MRU" and then manually edit your preferences file.

Alternatively you can set a different key combination such as Ctrl+Q to perform MRU Tab switching without having to manually edit the preference files. But Ctrl+Q really isn't the same thing.
