TC 8.52a and opening JPG Files

Post by *leendertpeter »

Hello,

Im am looking support for the following problem.

If I open a JPG File with the File Explorer it opens with the program I selected as Standard App for JPG, Xnview. No problem so far.
However if I open the JPG file with TC it always asks to select the standard App for opening JPG. Checking the box 'Always use....' does not solve the problem.

Using Windows 10 Pro 64bits.

Hope the cavalery is underway!!

Thanks

I have encountered a similar problem with a friend's computer so it seems to be becoming a more common occurence. I tried to solve it by comparing registry associations with a computer that does not exhibit this problem, unsuccessfully. A few days later the problem was suddenly gone. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.

Hi,

Creating an internal association did the job. Thanks for the advice.
