Req: TC4A TCMP: add a Volume bar

My device doesn't have hardware controls to change the volume, and changing the volume in Android on system level to just change the volume of the song playing in TC4A isn't good (and isn't convenient) solution.
My request is to add a volume bar to change the volume right from TC Media Player.
