Keep a search tab open?

Hi guys,

This might be an easy answer, but I just want to check.

After I run a search, is there a way I can lock hold onto the search results, while I look inside the directories for each of the found entries?

I know at least two simple ways:
1. Until you run another search, search dialog shows last search results if you go to a file/folder from it by double-click.
2. If you feed results to listbox, just jump to a file/folder from it in another tab or panel: Ctrl+Left/Right, Ctrl+Up etc...
