Total Commander

When moving or deleting files using Tortoise SVN through the context menu, it takes some time before the updated list of files is shown, so sometimes I have to press refresh manually in order to get the updated view of files.

Suggestion: Make TC update the list of files automatically after use of context menu operations, or maybe have an option to allow this.

Unfortunately there is no notification from Windows when the status of an overlay icon changes.
