Allow user to set backround images for panels

Did see a picture of Total Commander with a background image, but the gallery has been updated and now I can't find it.
Please allow the user to set individual background images for each panel.

UPDATE: TwinKey plugin will allow you to set background images

It's rather basic -
Cannot set transparency. Per folder view mode images are buggy. And will get some flickering when changing view modes or using rectangular select.
But its a start.
