One instance per bitness

I use TC with Single Instance option enabled, mostly 32-bit (because of some addons are 32-bit only). Sometimes I need 64-bit instance, but I don't want close 32-bit one. Can you add some kind of option to ini?
Similar suggestion for launching TC from separate folder (e.g. USB stick, ini file on stick too) without conflict to already launched from local PC installation.
