Can't copy files with long names

Windows 10 Pro (Version: 1709) (32-bit);
TC 9.12; wincmd.ini: UseLongNames=1

1. Copy file from disk C: to disk D:
Length of full filename on the Disk C: is 168 chars.
Length of full filename on the Disk D: (expected after copy) is 264 chars.

2. Total Commander Popup Message:
The target name length (264) more than 259 characters!
D:\Software\.........\chinese.bin


3. Click on the button "Keep name".

4. Total Commander Popup Message:
Error: Cannot read C:\...\chinese.bin !

5. Click on the button "As Administrator".

6. Total Commander Popup Message:
Access denied on the file D:\Software\.........\chinese.bin !

What file system is on D:?

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.

You are right. The problem does not exist when I copy files on the host computer.
