Any plugin for the ''HEIC image format''?

Apple has intruduced the HEIC image format

Anyone knows about a plugin for TC to be able to use that format. There is a plugin for explorer, but so far haven¨t seen any for TC

There is a free converter for Windows, just google for:
windows heic converter

HEIC is protected by many Apple patents, so trying to implement it isn't really recommended.

I'm looking for a such tool recently. However, there is no plugin at all. I only found Joyoshare HEIC to JPG converter which can do that perfectly.

Well, XnView can view HEIC files with the right plugin ( https://www.xnview.com/en/xnview/#addons ) and you can use XnView from within TC.
