Time for a proper parallel copy/move?

Right now, if I want to do parallel file transfer, I have to use few BTM windows... which is inconvenient. I suggest TC does that automatically, like this:
IF source and destination are different, than automatically do parallel copy, for example, from C to D, from E to network share.
If either is the same (C to network, E to network or C to D, D to E, or C to E, D to E, or C to D, C to E) then serial copy as it is now, no sense to slow HDD or network down.
I think it could be done. Anyone?
