Can't open *.txt files "Access denied! "Access is

Post by *adabo »

When I click a *.txt file I get an "Access" denied popup. I never had any issues opening .txt files. What can I do to fix it?

Use the context menu to open the file to see the real reason why it failed.

OK, I see. For some reason my there was no application associated with it. Strange because win explorer has no trouble. I assume it has something to do with running TC as admin. I'm on a standard windows user account and need to put in admin password each time I run TC. There's one or two quirks due to this method, but I doubt it has anything to do with TC. (eg: When I open txt with gvim.exe, gvim thinks I'm using admin account, therefor it tries to look for my .vimrc in the admin folder, not mine. I'll look into that later.)
