Total Commander

There is a built-in plugin for comparing files as texts. It nicely ignores the difference between Unix/Windows line breaks.
Compare by contents tool also can ignore difference in white spaces (also case sensitivity and frequent lines).
Would it be possible to get similar features as additional built-in comparison plugins?
