How to reproduce what seems to be a bug:
  • Start copying number of duplicated files
  • When TC asks if target should be overwritten, move the window elsewhere and choose "Skip"
  • On the next file, window moves back to its original position

TC currently only remembers the position and size of resizeable windows like search or compare by content. The copy progress and overwrite confirmation dialogs always appear at a default position relative to other TC windows.

Would you consider adding an option along the lines of "Remember windows positions"?

I can't just remember the positions of all dialogs, this would cause a lot of problems.

Understood. What about the one key dialog in question?
