It turns out that when switching to another language, only the names of the standard items change. The menu and all the names that I created myself remain in Russian. So I only changed the ini files to English. Insert them into your assembly. Here is a link to them:
https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/nkzu8ki7zw619ckywklsk/AkelPadINI.7z?rlkey=sznqwpa9m1v4uz71qenfdgxsh&dl=0
Also note that only in version AkelPad 4.9.9 r4432 dated September 17, 2023, it became possible to use multiple ini files. You must use it. Here is the link: https://0x0.st/HOMO.zip/AkelPad_499_dev_r4432.zip

Thanks for the files.
I updated my AkePad dir.
Trying with your AkePad.ini still creates WER reports at the exit of the viewer.

Can you post a screenshot or video of the error?
I'll try to install the TC beta to check. Maybe that's the point.
Does the error appear after F3 or QuickView? And what version of Windows do you have?

There is only a Windows error report created.
It happens in F3 and also in Quick View mode.
My Windows and TC versions are in my signature.

With the Windows version everything is clear. I installed the beta version of TC. It's not about her. I looked at the report. It shows that you are running plugins that are causing the crash. Apparently you are not using my ini files. Replace the Plugs section in your ini file with
[Plugs]
Scripts::Main=65536
ContextMenu::Main=65536
ToolBar::Main=65536
SpecialChar::Main=65536
Coder::CodeFold=65536
Coder::HighLight=65536
and remove other plugins.

I added my AkelPad.ini as AkelPadQ.ini and AkelPadL.ini
This allows me to use the Editor with its own settings
and the F3 screen and Editor screen have their own saved positions.
All tests so far ok, no more WER reports.
Thanks for your help.

For this purpose, I made my own ini file for each mode, so that I could configure AkelPad depending on the purpose of use. When editing using F4, you use all the necessary plugins. When viewing using F3 and setting the readonly=1 plugin in akelpad.ini, some of the plugins are clearly not needed.
And when quickly viewing using Ctrl+Q, the toolbar only gets in the way. It's convenient when all this can be customized.

I found one strange bug in Quick view mode.
If line numbers are shown, it creates an WER report on exit.
This doesn't happen in F3 mode.

I have provided a list of buggy plugins. LineBoard is one of them. Turn it off. As far as I understand, these plugins cannot load quickly. Therefore, they can work using F3, F4, but do not work in QuickView.
I will release a new version of the plugin soon. Users found minor bugs when using it.
