Perosnally I use Miranda with weather protocol plugin, it is about 100kb the plugin)
I don't know if it is the best, but works great for me, since i don't have to have another app just for weather.
And forecasts are often more accure than on a local tv station :)

Watching and forecasting.

I personally cannot "make" weather. That's on God's hands! ;-)

Panos,
Which do you think is the best weather software for Europe?
Not sure if they're the best, but I am using these two Firefox extensions:
Forecastfox
1-ClickWeather

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.
