Which do you think is the best weather software for Europe?

Perosnally I use Miranda with weather protocol plugin, it is about 100kb the plugin)
I don't know if it is the best, but works great for me, since i don't have to have another app just for weather.
And forecasts are often more accure than on a local tv station

It must not consume too much memory since it will be resident. (or CPU)

Not sure if they're the best, but I am using these two Firefox extensions:

1-ClickWeather

it does seem to use about 10MB of memory though
