Tabstops and splitter bar

With following option checked Total Commander will resize the width of the name column if you resize the main window,
Options | Tabstops | Adjust tabs to window width

Is it possible to achieve the same effect when moving splitter bar?

No, unfortunately not, because the two sides use the same widths. The idea of moving the splitter is mainly to give one panel more space on small screens, to see more details.
