[REQ] Compare Contents "Select" Menu

In comparing some text files with the cm_CompareFilesByContent command it seems perhaps the addition of a "Select" menu would be useful. A few that come to mind, "Select all differences" and or perhaps "Select all differences matching a regex pattern".
