How to reproduce it:


open two archives containing at least one file with common name in different panels;
move the cursor to that file and press F3;
minimize appeared lister window and press F3 at the other file.


Total Commander then will ask you whether you like to overwrite the first viewed file %temp%\_tc\<yourfile> with the second viewed file <yourfile>.
