Unpack configuration dialog for Packer plugins

Many archivers would like to let the user choose from various unpack options. "Total SQX" could ask for the following options:

Cache list password
Cache unpack password (for solid archives)
Cache unpack password (non-solid archives)
Restore security information
Restore extended file stamps
Restore extended directory stamps
Set NTFS comments from file comments
Set zone id
