Starter
The command STARTMENU inserts the menuitem "Starter" at the current position in the main menue. If one omits this menu option, it is inserted however nevertheless at the end of the menu. When you like to suppress the announcement of the "Starter" in the menu, please insert in your wincmd.ini a key: RestrictInterface= and sets its value to 1.
