Queue for file transfers

Create a queue for file transfers (move or copy), so that multiple transfers requested simultaneously can occur in sequence. This is better for disk drives if the transfers are occurring on one drive.

Furthermore, make queued transfers a default. At the moment user has to press F2 to put a transfer into a queue. I would like to see a queue as a default action (alternatively an option in configuration which can make it a default action).
