A long time ago I asked an Author about help source, and he gave it to me. But I was seriously busy and put it on "the highest shelf". :?

That doesn't answer my question :?

The only difference is the names of the files decompiled, because the HLP format does not store filenames (like e.g. CHM does). But this is not a problem at all.

I mean - official is official - I hope get my own key file for it.
If I will put in help something from me - maybe someone not like it (for example - an Author) - people are different - if You do not know :)

I'm not putting the help sources online because translating the help is a _huge_ task. People who want to do this should contact me directly, so I can coordinate such effords.

It's approximately 55,000 words (for 6.5).

I'm using Ultra TC Main Menu Editor to edit TC's menu, but it requires the same .INC file format, as is in the original TOTALCMD.INC file, not as in WCMD_lng.INC (for me "lng" means "RUS").
The format of WCMD_lng.INC seems that:
===================
;Comment
OriginalCategory="Localized name"
---
NUMBER="Localized Name"
---
etc.
===================
But i established, that that both TC (v7.0pb2) and Editor supports this format:
===================
;Comment
OriginalCategory="Localized name"
---
Command=NUMBER="Localized Name"
---
etc.
===================
can I and localizators (Flint) hope, that this format will be supported in the final version and after it, and include files of this format into the localizations?

Here Ultra TC Main Menu Editor works fine with my WCMD_DAN.INC - I am using Ultra TC Main Menu Editor 5.50 beta1.
