some settings moved from undocumented category as they are documented now

this is quick update, if i missed something please remind me.
I gatherd these settings from TC help file and History.txt file

definitly the program itself need updating to handle the redirct system but this need some time

there is no configuration setting under [Alias] can be added to the data file except RedirectSection and i added it.
