Sync dirs: removing lines under file names

There have been some great suggestions about the Synchronize dirs tools, like this one. Don't know if I have to present mine as a separate topic, but still...
The lines underlining file names in the Sync dirs dialog - is it possible to implement the feature of switching them off / on? Probably Mr. Ghisler and many users are used to them, but to some users they might serve no practical purpose. Just putting visual strain on the eyes imho. Also notice that in the Multi-rename dialog there are no such underlines.
I photoshopped these underlines out on a screenshot, so you can see for yourself now neat the Sync dir dialog looks without them:

Probably it won't be too much of a hassle, please consider implementing this tweak.
